Emily joined him at Radford not long after the two married, becoming the creative and managerial backbone of the company, adding unique flair and invaluable insight to an already thriving business.

Together, they continued to maintain and add on to the tradition of excellence, updating their services to maintain relevance in a competitive industry, expanding to serve both residential and commercial markets, and even adding luxury solutions to their portfolio.
